How to place an order

Ordering at the Sport-Brella online store is simple, and you can order on our website any time, 24 hours and day, 7 days a week.

Here are the steps to place your order;

  1. Select items you would like to purchase by clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button taking you to your Shopping Cart.
  2. At your Shopping Cart you can either continue shopping or update your cart by clearing it, changing item quantities or deleting items.
  3. Once you have finalised the items you wish to purchase you are able to add a discount code if applicable and estimate your shipping costs prior to proceeding to checkout. Once done click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to take you to the Checkout page.
  4. At the Checkout page you will be asked to choose a checkout method. If you are already registered with the Sport-Brella online store enter your email address, password and click LOGIN. If you have forgotten your password you can also retrieve it here. If you are not registered with our website select Register and click CONTINUE. You are welcome to checkout as a Guest if you would prefer that we do not keep your details on file, but we suggest registering as this will give you access to your customer dashboard allowing you to follow up on your order as well as making the checkout process easier in the future when you come back to our website.
  5. Enter or confirm your billing information and select if the shipping address is the same as the billing address or different and click CONTINUE.
  6. Enter your shipping information if different to your billing information and click CONTINUE.
  7. Select a Shipping Method of either Australia Post Standard delivery or Express delivery for a faster service and click CONTINUE.
  8. Review payment information as to how your payment will be processed and click CONTINUE.
  9. Review your order and make any changes to your cart and click PLACE ORDER to be redirected to Paypal to process your payment by either a credit card or Paypal.
  10. Once you have finalised payment via Paypal you will be redirected back to the Sport-Brella online store and will receive an order confirmation via email.

If you have followed these steps, and encounter any problems placing your order, you can call us on (03) 9013 6800 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and we can take your order over the phone with a credit card. We are not able to place PayPal orders via the phone.

Payment processing

The Sport-Brella online uses Paypal to process online payments and accepts payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. Its greatest advantage is that payments are made immediately much faster than sending bank transfers.

PayPal allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Not only does PayPal help keep this information private, it guarantees 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

When do you charge my credit card?

All online credit card orders via Paypal are charged once the order is dispatched, not when your order is generated.

Change or cancel an order

If you would like add or remove an item from your order, or if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9013 6800, send us an enquiry or email us at info@store.sportbrella.com.au.

Please include your order reference number listed in your order confirmation email with your enquiry.

We are unable to alter orders once they have been dispatched. Please refer to our Returns page for information on returning or exchanging items.

View and track an order

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking code and information on how to track your order. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking information please contact us on (03) 9013 6800, send us an enquiry or email us at info@store.sportbrella.com.au.

Once you have your tracking information you can track your order by clicking here. Please allow 12 hours for your order to register in the system before attempting to track your order.

Product availability

The Sport-Brella online store displays the full range of Shelters, Chairs and Coolers we sell. It is our goal to always maintain a full inventory of product. However, from time to time we will be out of stock of an item awaiting delivery from our supplier. Item availability is displayed above the item price. If you order and item that is out of stock we will contact you with information as to when you can expect to receive your order.

Reviewing a product

We offer a review option where you can share your opinion about a product you have purchased or used. It’s a great way to share your experiences as well as assist other customers in selecting the right product for their needs.

It’s easy to review a product. Just click ‘Be the first to review this product’ or ‘Review this product’ on the product page below the product name and enter your nickname, a summary of your review and your full review in the boxes provided and click SUBMIT REVIEW.

When writing your review, please follow these guidelines:

  • Tell us what you liked or disliked? We want your honest feedback about the product.
  • Focus on the product itself and its specific features as well as your experience.
  • Think about what you would have liked to have known before purchasing the product.

Opening an account

To open a Sport-Brella online store account, select either Account or Login at the top of our website and click CREATE AN ACCOUNT or click here.

Enter your first name, last name, a valid email address and nominate a password and confirm your password. It is suggested that you select a password with a minimum of eight characters, mixed of numbers and letters both uppercase and lowercase. Enter the letters and numbers from the CAPTCHA code and click SUBMIT.

If you cannot read the CAPTCHA code you can refresh it by clicking on the orange arrow circle in the code box. If you enter an incorrect CAPTCHA code you will need to re-enter your password and the CAPTCHA code.

You will be taken to your Dashboard page where you can enter your default billing and shipping address, which will be stored for use when making future purchases.

Managing your account

To manage your Sport-Brella online store account simply log in by selecting either Account or Login at the top of our website and enter your email address and password to go to the My Dashboard page or click here.

You can manage the following details:

  • View past orders and reorder items
  • Edit contact information, which is your account email address
  • Change your password
  • Edit and manage your billing and shipping address and add new delivery addresses for your friends and family
  • View product reviews
  • View and edit your Wishlist

Forgotten passwords

To retrieve a password for an existing account, just click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the Login or Create an Account page or you can click here. Just enter the email address of your account and we will email you a link to reset your password.
