RETURNS

We want you to be totally happy with our products and services. If you are not happy with your order for any reason and wish to make a return or exchange please contact us on (03) 9013 6800, send us an enquiry or email us at info@store.sportbrella.com.au before returning any items.

Our Returns Policy is in addition to other rights you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

When to return a product

Returned products must be received within 14 days of dispatch.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund when you have been sent a product that is faulty, wrongly described or we have made an error with your order. We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind. However, if you are not happy with your product we may, at our discretion, decide to exchange or refund it providing the product is returned to us in its original condition including tags and instructions and with proof of purchase from us.

A refund or exchange will not be offered if you substantially modify the product or misuse the product contrary to user instructions.

How to return a product

Products must be re-packed carefully and include your order number, name, contact information, return address, reason for your return and the action you would like to be taken whether it be an exchange or a refund.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, however please allow 14 days for all returns to be processed.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Expenses

We will pay for return freight for any product assessed as being faulty, wrongly described or if we have made an error with your order. Please contact us on (03) 9013 6800, send us an enquiry or email us at info@store.sportbrella.com.auto organise return freight costs.

Items to be exchanged are subject to postage and packaging charges.

Refund payments

To reduce the risk of fraud all purchases made on a debit/credit card or via Paypal will be credited back to the original card or Paypal account used.
